Provide broad HR support to assigned business groups
Partner with leaders and managers
Develop people solutions that help support the achievement of the business strategy
Ensure alignment to corporate HR objectives
Build trusting relationships with employees of that business and work to understand their operational goals
Contribute to strategy discussions and decision-making, providing ideas and challenge
Act as a catalyst for change
Be the expert, and leader on people initiatives; especially talent, performance and change management
Collaborate with other HR areas to deliver service and a consistent experience for all internal clients
Requirements:
University degree
Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years, preferably in construction, technical or manufacturing companies
Knowledge of labor legislation
Significant experience of the laws and regulations in this area
Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation
Change management experience
Very good knowledge of HR processes
Experience in employee development and recruitment
Very good communication, negotiation, organizational skills
English language level min. B2
Driving license with. B - active driver
