Responsibilities:

  • Provide broad HR support to assigned business groups
  • Partner with leaders and managers
  • Develop people solutions that help support the achievement of the business strategy
  • Ensure alignment to corporate HR objectives
  • Build trusting relationships with employees of that business and work to understand their operational goals
  • Contribute to strategy discussions and decision-making, providing ideas and challenge
  • Act as a catalyst for change
  • Be the expert, and leader on people initiatives; especially talent, performance and change management
  • Collaborate with other HR areas to deliver service and a consistent experience for all internal clients

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years, preferably in construction, technical or manufacturing companies
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Significant experience of the laws and regulations in this area
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation
  • Change management experience
  • Very good knowledge of HR processes
  • Experience in employee development and recruitment
  • Very good communication, negotiation, organizational skills
  • English language level min. B2
  • Driving license with. B - active driver
