Construction Start Ceremony of D7 Kutrovice - Panenský Týnec

6. 12. 2024, the ceremonial tapping of the foundation stone took place on the construction of a new section of the D7 motorway between Kutrovice and Panenský Týnec

🟠The 6.764-kilometre-long project will significantly contribute to increasing safety and traffic flow on an important connection between Prague and Chomutov and the German border.

🟠In the direction of Prague, the section will be directly connected to the newly built four-lane D7 motorway in the section from the Slaný-západ interchange to Kutrovice. At the same time, the existing I/7 road, which will serve as the left half of the future motorway, will be used effectively.

🟠The construction, which is being implemented by COLAS CZ in its consortium, includes, in addition to the main motorway route itself, three bridge structures and the Hořešovice interchange.

🟠 After the completion of the construction, which is planned for 2027, the journey time will be significantly reduced and the flow of traffic will increase
