We operate a network of 12 hot asphalt mixing plants and 12 quarries, which allows us to supply our products to construction sites throughout the Czech Republic. We produce a full range of aggregates, hot mix asphalts and polymer-modified bitumen (ASTECH plant).

Quarries

We produce crushed aggregates and sell quarried aggregates. We supply material for concrete batching plants, precast concrete plants, hot asphalt mixing plants, road and railway construction projects and water management projects. We also have five mixing centres for the production of wet-mix macadam. We can arrange transport of aggregates to construction sites, if needed. In selected quarries we can load our products onto railway freight wagons.

Hot Asphalt Mixing Plants

We operate modern and efficient hot asphalt mixing plants (HAMPs) with an annual production output of about 700 000 tons of hot mixed asphalt. In addition to traditional mixes, we can offer asphalt mixes developed in the laboratory of the COLAS Group in France. Our facilities undergo a regular modernisation and upgrades to make production more efficient and more friendly to the environment.

ASTECH

In 2016, we have opened ASTECH, a new production plant in Holubice near Brno. This facility uses a state-of-the-art technology in the field of polymer-modified bitumen, which allows us to increase the quality of manufactured products and ensure high reliability of our supply chain.

Guidance Marking Systems

We specialize in the production of MEDIALINE safety, signalling and tactile strips, which mark areas on roads for safe orientation of the blind and visually impaired. The product has been certified by the United Organization of the Blind and Visually Impaired (Sjednocená organizace nevidomých a slabozrakých) and the Institute for Testing and Certification (ITC) Zlín.
