The construction was carried out by the association of companies Swietelsky stavební s.r.o., STRABAG a.s. and COLAS CZ, a.s. Each of these companies was responsible for a 1.8-kilometre-long section, with COLAS CZ being responsible for the initial section.
The main associate, Swietelsky stavební s.r.o. had 34 %, the rest had 33 % each.
It was a complete construction of a prestressed monolithic structure with a span of 29,500m pile foundation. Reinforcement of the supporting structure and installation of prestressing ropes were also included.
