Announcement of the Merger of Silnice Žáček, s.r.o.

We would like to announce that the merger of Silnice Žáček, s.r.o. as the business corporation being acquired without liquidation and COLAS CZ, a.s. as the acquiring business corporation, became effective on 31st May 2022.
As a result of the merger, COLAS CZ, a.s., company registration No.: 261 77005, with its registered seat at Rubeška 215/1, Prague 9, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Entry ref. B6556, becomes the universal legal successor of Silnice Žáček, s.r.o. and it will continue to operate all business activities of Silnice Žáček s.r.o.
COLAS CZ, a.s. is acquiring the assets of Silnice Žáček, s.r.o., whereas any and all contractual relationships remain valid in their unchanged form.
