Construction of an overpass in Prague - Velká Chuchle

Velká Chuchle in Prague will see a level crossing. With a ceremonial tapping of the stone in the presence of the Minister of Transport, we in the association launched the construction of an overpass and underpass, which follows on from the overall optimization of the line between the Prague - Smíchov and Prague - Radotín stations.

At the current level crossing in Velká Chuchle and adjacent roads, delays are expected to last for tens of minutes during rush hour. The project therefore includes the cancellation of the level crossing and its replacement with a road overpass. At the same time, a barrier-free pedestrian underpass with access to new stops will be built.

After the construction of the overpass and underpass, the safety of both road and rail traffic, as well as pedestrians, will be significantly increased.

Completion is scheduled for 2027
