Tramway tracks in Koterovská Street

Colas CZ, a.s. was working on the reconstruction of the tramway tracks in Koterovská Street in Plzeň for 3 months.

The reconstruction included a dismantling of the existing tram track on BKV panels, a construction of 950 m of fixed carriageway on steel sleepers, a construction of 7 mud collectors and their connection to the existing sewers at a depth of up to 7.5 m and laying new bituminous surfaces on the adjacent traffic lanes.

Passengers may also now use two new tramway stops - Brojova and Radnice Slovany.
