Nove Oslavany project

Colas in charge of earthworks, water management works, lighting, roads and paved areas on Nové Oslavany project.

"Nové Oslavany" is a development project involving the construction of new family houses and apartment houses with a central area including a nursery school and a small square. It is located in the southwestern part of the charming town of Oslavany, which is situated about 25 km from Brno and 3 km from Ivančice, on the edge of Boskovická brázda (“Boskovice furrow”). The new residential complex is connected to the town from two sides by access roads in Letkovská Street and Novoveská Street. It allows pedestrians to access both the town and the opposite valley. The new development also includes a protected area of a field copse with a memorial pear tree, which is integrated into the urban green space.

The urban development of Oslavany has been influenced by several historical milestones, which have always left a characteristic footprint on the structure of the settlement - whether it was the initial impulse of development around the monastery grounds and later the chateau, followed from the beginning of the 19th century onwards by the development related to the coal mining boom or even later the nuclear power plant and industry.

On this project, Colas is in charge of earthworks, all the water management works, lighting, roads and paved areas.

Phase I of the project offers a total of 46 plots including utility connections. Upon completion, the entire project will feature 345 apartments, 25 studios, 6 retail units, 28 terraced houses and 101 building plots. https://www.noveoslavany.cz/cs/
